    Great people and great work experience. It is a fun culture. It is a good place. It is very good. The people are nice.

    Cons

    The bank seems to be downsizing. Moral was starting to hurt. People are leaving. People were somewhat afraid to lose job.

    Pros

    The culture was fast paced and fun. The team environment was encouraging. I loved everyone I worked with.

    Cons

    Team turnover. Went through a few reorgs during the year I was with the company. Sometimes difficult to recruit due to RBS stigma in the UK.
