    Pros

    Loved the team that I worked with. We knew how to work hard, and enjoy each others company.

    Cons

    Worked there for 2 years and never met my manager. Working in a satellite office made me feel like I wasn't as necessary as people in other offices.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate with the lower employees more

    Pros

    They had the best security professionals in Utah that I have ever had the privilege of working with...they were lucky to have had them all on one team in Utah...

    Cons

    Didn't utilize the security talent here in Utah to their fullest potential...to little to late...the company was going in all kinds of directions...

    Systems are at best antiquated
    Banks acts as silos - RI, MA etc
    Skills of RMs is way behind the times

    Advice to Management

    Create a true vision, goals and strategy for the entire bank that interlinks all the business together. Wrap that in a transparent culture and you'll be on your way to creating a superior bank.

    A few smart people, but a bit too few. Managers selected in an inbred way

    Great people to work with.. Very relaxed working environment and good benefits

    No raises or bonuses for 5 years and counting..
    Need to start increasing salaries or good people will be gone soon

    Look to promote from within instead of hiring from the outside.
