    They had the best security professionals in Utah that I have ever had the privilege of working with...they were lucky to have had them all on one team in Utah...

    Cons

    Didn't utilize the security talent here in Utah to their fullest potential...to little to late...the company was going in all kinds of directions...

    Banks acts as silos - RI, MA etc
    Skills of RMs is way behind the times

    Advice to Management

    Create a true vision, goals and strategy for the entire bank that interlinks all the business together. Wrap that in a transparent culture and you'll be on your way to creating a superior bank.
