    Pros

Great community to work with. Great work life balance.

    Cons

Cross departmental rigidity. Some times it may take long to complete an assignment due to handovers.

    Advice to Management

Adopt lean technology and centralize the decision making process to 1 region.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Royal Bank of Scotland full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Big corporation, solid benefits after spending years with them

    Cons

Not as stable as they used to be. C level management could not come up with the winning strategy since 2010. Often changes in strategies and focus at the highest levels. Not much focus on talent retention

    Advice to Management

I don;t even pretend I do have any strategic vision to propose, the only I can say "do more to retain talent and help them grow" (training, promotions, salary increases, bonuses,...)

I worked at Royal Bank of Scotland full-time

    Pros

The people made a difference and the line of work was very rewarding when the Americas region was in a healthy state, it's currently being downsized and eventually a much smaller presence if any.

    Cons

Inconsistency of management; constant changes as a result of poor decision making from management.

    Advice to Management

    Concentrate on efficiency and consistency.
