    Excellent training program. Numerous schedules available.

    Cons

    Call center mentality. Constant Sales pressure. Company website is terrible.

    Advice to Management

    Correct the website so that every John Q. Public can find the prices that are advertised. No one appreciates the Bait and Switch mentality.

    they took your money when you booked the trips, the managers would lie and say they cancelled there trip or went down to the lowest priced cruise

    If you go for work for money is nice place to make money, a lot of tips just american guests, benefits and program everyday for crew is really amazing!!

    Cons

    Work extra hours sometime USPH everytime time is horrible special if u work as bar waiter u must make mini bar real disaster, and big ship u never know all people so u get lost sometimes.

    think before go and pay your own ticket!!

    Pros

    you can see a lot of beautiful places and save money but not to much. if you like to meet new people, this is the Wright place

    Cons

    A lot of supervisors don't know what they are doing, they panic all the time and give you hard time. but not all of them

    IF they care about the people, they need to open the eyes

    Pros

    Free cruises, if you enjoy cruising.

    Cons

    A reputation for providing poor compensation is well deserved. The business and the IT department are both physically and philosophically separated. Management often does not have a technical background so it can make certain conversations difficult. Expect long hours.
