I have been working at Royal Caribbean Cruises full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The opportunity for growth is massive and the company is doing very well right now so it is stable. Everyone is friendly and it is highly cross-functional environment. Cruising benefits are nice as well. It is great to see the focus on community service and helping our own employees (especially during the Hurricane season.

    Cons

Some of the technology we use day-to-day is outdated (depends on what area you are in). Benefits are a little behind the time -- no remote working and 2 weeks of vacation.

    Advice to Management

Allow for remote working once a week. Keep up what you're doing!

I have been working at Royal Caribbean Cruises as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Opportunity to work with 3+ departments and numerous high-level executives. Ability to experience and work with different cultures in places like the Bahamas, Cadiz, and Singapore.

    Cons

Quantity and magnitude of projects can increase or decreases with relatively fast. This can lead to certain positions being created or eliminated without much notice. It can also lead to a frantic pace if team size remains the same and project number increases.

I worked at Royal Caribbean Cruises as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Exellent working conditions and crews. Relatively high salary. Hight perspectives for career growth in the industry.

    Cons

Highly demanding enviroment. Feels like living in a Zoo, you cannot be yourself as you will surely get "reported" and black-mailed by people who have nothing to do.

    Advice to Management

More national, race and sex diversity. Don't let "mafia" to take over.(Mainly italian, croatian, etc.). And don't "scam"-fire employees from other department blackmail.
