    It was a great place to work. Everyone worked very hard but liked each other.

    New CIO brought his new managment and the place is a mad house and falling appart. Folks are working double time and still cannot get caught up but they pro

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, instead of firing them. You are new at the industry and the company is the best cruise line because they were doing something right. As you can see all the problems you are having now are due to your stubbornness and lack of experience.

    Pros

    Great company to work for. Full benefits, cruising privileges. Easy to transfer from one department to another, get promoted. Employees are like family. Highly recommend

    Cons

    Traffic coming to and from. Unable to leave the building for lunch if work in Downtown due to too much congestion. Even though the company has 401K, they don't match it

    Pros

    Traveling around the Globe AND know people from all countries. Good salary. The biggest ships in the world. Good and smooth sailing.

    Cons

    Small cabins, not very good food sometimes, not very good sound techs for the lounges. Not single cabins for musicians on this ship.

    Advice to Management

    Royal Caribbean cruise ships, carnaval, NCL, Princess, costa, Disney. Any cruise línea company i wanna work for it.
