RecommendsPositive OutlookI worked at Royal Coachman full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Unlike other limo companies that nickel and dime you, Royal lets you take a car home for free. They give you a full days work. You are assigned the latest technology to get the job done. Taking days off are not a problem. They are flexible with your work schedule.
Cons
There is a very, very high turnover rate. It feels like the real employees are the sales, dispatcher and clerical staff, the drivers are expendable and treated with a condescending tone by the dispatchers, like you were stupid and beneath them. No real benefits, no real paid time off, or sick days, no holidays, long 12 plus hour days. I recommend that you take the job but don't get too comfy because the exit sign on the door is very large and wide. Good Luck
