I have been working at Royal Electric Company full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The company has a family-friendly atmosphere - everyone here works hard, is helpful, supportive, and are always down to show you the ropes. I've learned so much from working here and am super grateful to my manager, team, and colleagues for their mentorship. The CEO is really big on the company's culture, doesn't cheap out on the little things, and continuously works to develop the organization and the people within.... Many of the management here is great as well, is understanding and fair, and always does their best to take care of their team and others. Compensation is fair and health benefits are great. The office also has a gym on-site. If you do ever have a disagreement with somebody, learn to not take it personally. With any organization, there are always differences in communication styles, and you learn to work with it. Always for the better. Wouldn't have asked for a better organization to work for.

    Cons

Don't really have a lot of cons to share...the organization is a mid-size company and continuously growing. It's up to you to determine the pros and cons that come with it.

I have been working at Royal Electric Company for less than a year

    Pros

Larger Sub with a smaller company feel. Good mix of residential, vertical, and airfield lighting divisions. They do their best to keep to keep everyone steadily working. Best Christmas party ever!

    Cons

Having to to work multiple jobs at different locations simultaneously. Its not uncommon for employees to travel all over the state any given week. Pay is to low for the SF bay area

    Advice to Management

a performance based bonus package for those working/living on jobs in more expensive areas (IE Bay Area)
