I've had the hands of training tons of individuals for this company, I am a bit over qualified for this job, i get that, however this job is the best out of options I have to work with, management is a massive massive. problem in my district, they lie and manipulate people, they commit to pay discrimination, they lie about raises, the staff will not train you correctly, and other employees are constantly trying to bring down any talent that threatens there postion in the store, management even after countless times of reporting to HR, DL, store leader, and his assistant, nothing changes, I've been verbally cussed out infront of customers, had my reputation ran through the mud by coworkers, pay discrimination (hiring people with no experience with higher pay rate then people with legitimate culinary school training as a chef) verbally abusive management, (I have multiple instances of this and dim bout to sue over it nothing is being done. There reviews are 5 star for "communication" funny right? While mine is lower for being nice.) Misleading statements coming from the store leadership about getting raises and when I was hired, I was told one rate and was sneakily given a far lesser rate, ( legally can sue for liquidated damages, 2x the amount in suppose to have been paid per hour of work, you don't want that total number been here for years.) There is way too many issues with this buisness, oh also they serve chicken ontop of RUSTY METAL GRATES AND HOLD CHICKEN PAST OUT OF FOOD TEMP but you know I'm crazy apparently.
