    Good conditions, with holiday pay protected, and a good union.

    Too many health & safety team talks etc.....

    To think as an individual and not just parrot fashion from The Royal Mail book of answers on any problems.

    No overtime, stress....weak wage......difference between people made by managers.....

    Pay more attention to people that are making a difference in every office..... anyone can see who is actually working and who is coming at work just to be somewhere....

    Working Outdoors, Overtime available, Amongst the Community.

    Cons

    Unorganised. Bad Management. Terms and Conditions under threat. Management Bullying and Harrassment. Refuse to give Holiday days. Underpay Wages regularly.

    Advice to Management

    Treat workers with a bit of respect by affording them the rights they deserve. working contracted hours. being paid correctly and on time and Giving them the Holiday days they are owed. treat them as the same level as you. lead by example and the workforce may go the extra mile for you. which helps everyone.
