    Pros

    Good hours for people with children.
    Keeps you very fit.
    Chat to colleagues in the morning.

    Cons

    Overtime is hard to get them to pay out for
    Changes to the pension
    Very hard to get them to buy new equipment and get vans serviced dispute serious faults.

    Be kind and treat staff well.
    Less talking behind backs.

    Really investing in the graduate schemes and bringing in young talent, with options to progress very quickly through the business.
    Very good pay and generous bonuses.
    London offices are really nice and good locations

    Change can be slow
    Too many 'lifers' in the business who are adverse to changing their ways

    Good people to work with you can have a laugh ,talk while working,easy jobs good money for what you do and good paid breaks

    Management watch you a lot can be a pain sometimes they don't do anything boss you around a lot

    be less corrupt doesn't mean you have family or have friends in higher level you get all the promotions. instead of standing and watching staff doing work you should employ team leaders people who manage and work at the same time
