    Pros

    Friendly Staff, good goal-orientated working environment, the opportunity for further overtime during the week and good pay/holiday allowance.

    Cons

    Some unfriendly management styles, little opportunity to go full time.

    Advice to Management

    Although management is not there to be your friend, pleasantries would not go unnoticed. Otherwise, a good company to be proud to work for.

    wages.
    easy workload.

    unorganised with staff,
    a relatively small budget for vehicles for the size of the company

    manage staff better and replace useless or disobedient staff

    Royal Mail is a company that discriminates against employess with asthma and diabetes. Would not recommend working there.

    Pros

    Freedom and not stressful.
    Being up early and finishing early allows plenty of free time during the day (especially during summer)

    Cons

    Having to wake up early and winter weather.
    Deliveries shuffled around to compensate for lack of staff meaning longer deliveries and new managers unhappy to pay the overtime to compensate for this.

    Pros

    Good pay and benefits, work load not too strenuous. Apprenticeship undertaken gave me great qualifications to help with progressoin

    Cons

    Management can be poor. CEO and board members dont seem to care too much about staff. Engineers are always over looked
