    Pros

-people who work here are really nice and as long as you do your work and not slack off then there should be no problems.
    -everything is pretty laxed

    Cons

-the chairman will try to lowball you in terms of salary but if you can prove that you have the experience and show your value to the company then it can be reasonable

I have been working at Royal Sovereign full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Management is very nice, and the people are pleasant to work with. There is no real "hounding over the shoulder" pressure.

    Cons

CEO isn't a very generous person in terms of salary pay. Will try to low-ball you.

    Advice to Management

Be more open to salary-pay for new hires. You need to spend a little in order to invest in good employees for your company. A little more goes a long way.

    Pros

= people/co-workers are very friendly and hardworking

    Cons

=had a meeting with lim for a different position. First time I met him, so shocking.

asking me how many friends I have, and how many girlfriends i had, how long did it last?
I had to ask him why is this relevant?

He asked me if i would go if i was stationed overseas for a bit. i asked how long...short term? long term? he responded "why does it matter?"

    Advice to Management

=please be professional and treat me as a human being

I worked at Royal Sovereign full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

All the non Korean employees were very nice and professional.
If you believe that the Brooklyn Bridge is for sale than you will be happy to work for this company or if you are a foreigner looking for a VISA.

    Cons

Upper management is poorly trained if at all and continue to hire individuals who lack the credentials to fulfill there perspective position which leads to a revolving door of new employees.
Zero training you are expected to just magically perform your job duties.
Employees are asked to give there blood sweat and tears, no questions asked but are not given any kind of raise (no end of year bonus either fyi) or promotion.

    Advice to Management

Reward your employees for there hard work so there is a sense of pride and loyalty within the company, rather than the stench of depression that hangs over the company like a dark cloud.
Hire individuals who are QUALIFIED ( can not stress that enough) to lead departments not just random Korean people, who are under qualified and under trained.

I have been working at Royal Sovereign full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Management making lots of changes to improve employee and customer relationships. Much different perspectives than in the recent past. Managed but in a positive way and able to contribute ideas - not the way its always been. Making good progress and hiring some really good people who work hard, deliver results and are nice folk. Finding new ways to compete in the market not sticking to old worn out plans.

    Cons

Legacy issues are hard to manage - still much smaller than it was 5 years ago and still reinventing ways of being competitive. Limited support staff.

    Advice to Management

Budget more for sales and marketing activities.
