I worked at Rpci full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Patients are number one, everyone works to help them and each other.

    Cons

Administration is a bunch of amateurs with god complexes and little common sense. Where else is the CEO totally disengaged and they fire the only professional EVP to be replaced by a PHD researcher that doesn't have a clue about anything. Acting like the Queen of Hearts. At this point the board may be biding their time or complicit in this corporate dysfunction.

    Advice to Management

replace the c-suite members and bring in professionals that know how to run a business. Enough of state worker mentality and god complexes shepherding the institute into the garbage bin.

    Pros

Got a lot of freedom at work to implement new ideas.
Small team gave a lot of flexibility at work which motivated more.

    Cons

The paperwork takes unexpected amount of time. Should come up with better compensations for employees so that you could attract more talents.

    Pros

Wonderful place to work. Everyone is extremely caring & go the extra mile to make the patients experience one to remember.

    Cons

None to report, other than staff shortage from time to time. However, thats when the true emplyees shine & come together to work as as an amazing team to get the job done & continue to ensure our patients are given extraordinary care & compassion to help them & there loved ones get through such a difficult time.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

State mentality some people stay beyond the time they should leave. Management runs it anything than like a business.

Get a C-suite of people that know what they are doing. Constantly making decisions that hurt RPCI.
