I worked at Rudy's BBQ part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Have potential to become a certified trainer and or a manager.

Multiple positions so you don't have to do the same job necessarily when working.

They start everyone off at a higher pay than many other jobs.

    Cons

Work till Midnight or later on weekends and sometimes on holidays.

Standing on your feet for a long time.

You will always smell like barbecue!!! When you leave work you MUST shower before going to do anything because people will tell you, that you smell like barbecue.
