It's ok if you can embrace the mess
May 23, 2023 - Client Success Director in Denver, CORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good, caring team. People really want to make a difference and do good work. Good pay, good benefits, work from home is a big plus.
Cons
The company and processes are a mess. It's hard to come back to clients and tell them their data is messed up AGAIN because no one is QCing the automated data processes that CLEARLY aren't working. All teams are very siloed and you can't go directly to the source of the problem (if you even know where it is), everything must be escalated to a VP so that it takes days or sometimes weeks to get a solution. Don't be surprised if processes are changed on you on a regular basis and clearly with no input/understanding of how that impacts your role.
