I worked at Run Fit Sports (More than a year)

    Pros

    Cons

There were no cons for me, I loved my time here

    Pros

Comfortable atmosphere, not very difficlut work, good job for those that like interacting with people. Health & dental insurance option for full-time staff. 30% off MSRP for employees. Great hours (10am-6pm), closed on Sundays.

    Cons

No sick pay. Hard to take time off, as staff is not large enough for a lot of flexibility.

    Advice to Management

Don't pay so much to employees that do not plan to stick around tomg-term.

    Pros

Anyone can be hired if they come in at the right time. You get a 30% discount off of the MSRP for items in the store.

    Cons

Management can be biased. There is no communication between management and employees until a problem arises.
