Employee engagement and morale are on a downward spiral

      Pros

Most employees have a strong work ethic and a passion for exceptional customer service. Generally good teamwork and willingness by employees to help each other accomplish tasks and goals. Dynamic work environment so employees are challenged and job responsibilities do not get stale.

      Cons

Very little recognition for front line employees who have deep subject matter expertise and keep the company running. Communication across the organization has been infrequent and inconsistent from senior management. Frequent turnover at senior leadership level especially in Information Technology. These factors and others have led to confusion, concern, frustration and low morale for employees.

Get ready to hide if the President of the company doesn't get his revenue numbers.

      Pros

Overall, Runzheimer is an okay pleace to work. In good financial times, it's a positive work-environment. However, if things go poorly, get ready to be thrown in front of the bus.

      Cons

Senior management is out of touch with reality. Revenue targets and goals are "pie in the sky" and not realistic.

Too focused on image, not reality

      Pros

Depending on the department, the "pros" can be very different.

      Cons

A lot of ignorance, dependence on senior management who don't know what they're doing, and focus on the image, not the actual culture. The positive reviews here are very obviously in an attempt to off set the negative reviews, as opposed to the company actually taking action on criticisms. Instead, if you speak out, you're fired.
