I worked at Ruppert Landscape full-time

    Pros

Nothing really it will just be a waste of time ,money ,energy

    Cons

Pay is bad . Management is racist , u will work from 6am to 7 pm and only get paid from the time u get to the job untill u leave .. normaly you will get to the job 7:30-8:00 and leave around 6 They will charge around $150 for a uniform and pruners ,no advancement at all . I talked to people that been in the same position for over 2 years with only a$1.50 - $3.00 raise .. 95% of crewmen dont speak english only spanish .. the supervisors think they own you with their tone and attitude ,alot of siblings and friends working together so most likely you will end up with the hardest jobs . The company is very unorganized with payroll you will end up checking with them biweekly and you will never make more than $815 biweekly and thats for working 122 hours in two weeks

I worked at Ruppert Landscape full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

This company does have passionate and experienced personnel, along with a well structured model, for a landscape company. You can gather good skills and a look into how a large landscape company is run. But let's face it, it's a landscape company, not a tech company or something progressive.

    Cons

I witnessed behavior from management and upper management that I flat out did not approve of. This ranged from employees being picked on and trash talked behind their backs to unrealistic expectations from employees. Keep in mind, this was all office personnel (not crewmen). It definitely felt like a popularity contest gone bad most of the time.
