I worked at Ruppert Landscape for more than a year

    Pros

They have great facilities which does improve moral.

    Cons

Lots and lots of talk about a lot of things that never come to pass, upper and mid level management does well but anyone below that level has a struggle, from the low pay to the long hours you feel like you are just there to make a good life for everyone but you.

It is landscaping so finding a pro will be a bit hard. It is a growing company. The quality and standards are very hi here.

    Cons

Work hours are long and depending on the Management they may or may not be professional all the time.

I worked at Ruppert Landscape full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The people you get to work with are generally very good at what they do and you can learn a lot. The benefits offered are good for the industry as well.

    Cons

You are over-worked and under-paid (but that's also an industry trait as well). Expect long hours and raises that don't keep up with inflation.
