    Pros

    If you are lucky you can get a good team. However, it is rare. Good opportunities to gain real experience.

    Cons

    Nepotism, unprofessional management, no decision-making, a lot of labor cases with employees, unfriendly environment. You always get a feeling that everything is bad.

    Advice to Management

    Hire professionals.

    Pros

    Rusfinance Bank as a part of grobal wordwild company could add the value to your backgraoud and give your high level knowlage. There are a lot of tools for employees development.

    Cons

    The company culture is not very well as no matter that it is a part of Societe Generale Rusfinance is Russian company. Here you will not find the "open door policy". Most of companys managers are not ready for changes and development, so if you have a lot of ideas, be ready to drive it without any support.
