    Pros

-Relaxed environment (for the most part)
-Good team (if they like you)
-Vacation and sick days (don't try to use them though, unless want then upset with you)

    Cons

    -Management lacks professionalism.
    -Too much (obvious) favoritism.
-No growth opportunities. (There are but they won't give them to you if you're not the favorite)
    -Lack of communication.
-Very high expectations of you with bad compensation.
-No overtime pay but you WILL be expected to stay late or come early if they feel think it's necessary.
-Don't seem to understand that life happens (sickness, emergencys, death, etc) and sometimes you just can't make it in no matter how hard you tried.
    -No benefits
-It's pet treats but owners don't like pets......
-This is the response you will get 85% of the time if you ask management something, "Later" or "I don't have time right now"

    Advice to Management

    -Treat your employees better.
-Make sure the people you put in supervisor and manager positions are professional and properly trained to manage others.
    -Be more understanding.
-If you're going to play favorites don't make it so obvious.
    -Listen to you're employees

I have been working at Rush Direct full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Initial offer is appealing. But don't expect support or training.

    Cons

Unprofessional environment. Owners don't care about employees. Toxic office culture and backstabbing employees. Nononboarding or training. You have to fend for yourself. And the established employees won't even try to make your new job friendly or easy.

    Advice to Management

Hire an HR person who isn't related to you or one of your employees. Stop treating people so poorly. Stop ignoring issues.
