-Relaxed environment (for the most part)
-Good team (if they like you)
-Vacation and sick days (don't try to use them though, unless want then upset with you)
-Management lacks professionalism.
-Too much (obvious) favoritism.
-No growth opportunities. (There are but they won't give them to you if you're not the favorite)
-Lack of communication.
-Very high expectations of you with bad compensation.
-No overtime pay but you WILL be expected to stay late or come early if they feel think it's necessary.
-Don't seem to understand that life happens (sickness, emergencys, death, etc) and sometimes you just can't make it in no matter how hard you tried.
-It's pet treats but owners don't like pets......
-This is the response you will get 85% of the time if you ask management something, "Later" or "I don't have time right now"
Advice to Management
-Treat your employees better.
-Make sure the people you put in supervisor and manager positions are professional and properly trained to manage others.
-Be more understanding.
-If you're going to play favorites don't make it so obvious.
-Listen to you're employees
