    Amazing collaboration amongst staff, nurses are great to SNAs/PCTs, CSO mgmt is accommodating and supportive

    Commute can be long if you live in the city

    The people I work with.

    Cons

    The way the Hospital is run. Every other employee I work with was given a raise but the 2 EPs in Cardiac Rehab did not get a raise because the Compensation department did not think they deserved one. So raises have nothing to do with the work you do, all based off of what average pay is for your position.

    Pros

    Tuition reimbursement 2500/semester/part time or 5000/semester/full time, great experience in smaller community hospital (approx. 70 beds)

    Cons

    low pay, management plays based on favoritism, No merit based raises, low effort from HR to fix issues with scheduling after many fruitless conversations with direct management, "Fast pace work environment" is code for work your butt off and don't get fairly compensated for it

    The staff in the telemetry Unit is very welcoming. They believe in team work, nurses help PCTs just as much as they help each other

    Cons

    The ICU and ED units are not as welcoming to new staff.
