    Fun energetic atmosphere. Management really cares about their associates on a personal level as well as professionally.

    Cons

    Some positions work very long hours and 6 days a week. But not all.

    Pros

    The owner les eck has one of the biggest hearts and would do anything for anyone especially the community. He loves all of his employees and customer and truly gives a darn.another person is brandon clark who is the same way treats everyone with the up most respect and truly cares and wants to help everyone he can. Thats the rusty eck ford way everyone there actually cares which means a great experience for both customer and employees. At rusty eck ford we take pride going the extra mile to make you happy and it comes from the top so when you gave that why wouldn't you want to work or buy a car or get service done here

    Pros

    management is flexible and considerate of family/life outside of the work place.
    promotes from within whenever possible, I have worked my way up to a position that I enjoy
    coworkers are considerate and helpful whenever assistance is needed
    there is a family atmosphere, I consider my coworkers to be part of my family. its a small company and everybody knows everybody, even the CEO/Owner himself comes and visits with each of us on a regular basis and knows everybody's names.

    Cons

    being a car dealership we are open 7 days a week and there are long hours involved to keep the company running.

    I worked at Rusty Eck Ford full-time

    Pros

    Training was good, with lots of hands on with the vechiles

    Cons

    The General Manager at the time was way too pushy, I heard lots of people tell me they would not go there because the sales staff as pushy and tried push you into a car.

    Advice to Management

    Do not offer back lot trade ins without cleaning them out first and over pricing them.

    Pros

    Great chance for Advancement over the past year many employees have moved into management positions. The company recognizes hard work and loyal employees.

    Cons

    Rusty Eck has a Deli and some times you eat a big lunch and have to work it off in the gym.
