    Pros

    Great teamwork. Every body works well together. Very knowledgeable chef and management.

    Cons

    Main concern is lowest pay I've earned n a few years. Chose to accept it for now because of how much i liked the job

    Not a great relationship with the hotel that we service, money is good but not great, not many places to go and move up

    Some of the "traveling" clientele can be a little much at times.

    Pros

    Easy work, team work, efficiency. Helps to create a worker-customer atmosphere that will forever build your character and work ethic.

    Cons

    Terrible management, scheduling students through school after requests not to. Don't understand the concepts of school first. One of the worst managements I've worked with.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to worker's availability.

    Very supportive of staff and creates a team environment.

    Cons

    They encourage you to report sexual harassment but when you do, you get fired.

    Be very careful of the people you put in management positions.

    Easy job. Well paid. Well trained. Hard work will pay off. Vacation time is average.

    Cons

    Moving up can be challenging. Especially if you start from the bottom as an SA.

    Advice to Management

    Move up based on performance and not personal preference.
