I worked at Ruth's Hospitality as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Management claims a commitment to the mission statement of the company called "The Sizzle". This would be a positive if it translated to reality. However, this commitment is in word only and not reflected in the actions of how they transact business.

    Cons

Complete micro-management throughout all levels of the corporate culture. Indecisive management. Poor internal processes. Consistent disregard concerning the needs of their "people".

    Advice to Management

Backup your claim to the company mission statement with the actions which exemplify true core values and beliefs.

I worked at Ruth's Hospitality (Less than a year)

    Pros

The accounting department was a great team to work with, very helpful and training was very detailed. The work load was not overwhelming but enough to keep you busy. Team work is impeccable and the supervisor is very understanding and helpful.

    Cons

Was that I was a Temp and at the time they did not have a position available.
If it was strictly up to the supervisor I would have gotten a position there.
