I worked at Rx relief part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good for those who have no prior professional experience or capable but are not given a chance to showcase it

    Cons

Minimal hours since it’s just temporary staffing, they’ll give you work when they need you, sometimes as less as 8 hrs or none

    Advice to Management

It would be helpful if they would give assignment ahead of time instead of just the evening before. Because of the sudden work assignment, some of the plans I made had to be cancelled

I worked at Rx relief full-time

    Pros

Everyone is very courteous and benefits are good for full time. Best CEO ever.

    Cons

Workload is not distributed evenly among teams.

    Advice to Management

No one should be an exception to the rule, everyone should know all aspects of their job title or it causes issues.

I worked at Rx relief full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Ability to gain experience and grow

    Cons

Work environment, work environment, work environment

    Advice to Management

The ability to learn and grow was great, but the work environment was toxic. Negativity will always continue unless management deals with the under lying issues instead of temporary fixes. If employees are unhappy, don't shrug it off and say they can leave if they don't want to be there. Figure out why employees are unhappy and see if it is fixable. Don't play favorites, treat each individual as equal to each other. One person shouldn't be able to break a rule while everyone else can't.

    Pros

Staff are generally very nice and compassionate. Seems like they genuinely enjoy helping people. Pay is superb considering it's a staffing agency. Even so, it's paying more that what I ended at at my last job at Walgreens.

    Cons

Wish there were more opportunities in my area and I know this isn't the agencies fault at all. However my urine for my drug screening was lost the first time I completed this. Had to go a second time and miss a day of work to do this. Very disappointed in this and that no one realized that it had been lost until I contacted them for an unrelated issue. Will be contacting the agency about possible mileage reimbursement but I don't see that possibly working hence me writing this here.

    Advice to Management

Please make sure you follow up with any necessary test or screenings all the way through please.

I worked at Rx relief full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Supportive staff and management.
Internal staff was talented and given resources necessary to succeed.
    Company prides itself on integrity.
    Prestigious staffing agency.
    Excellent benefits and perks offered.
If internal staff were not performing management did not hesitate to move forward with disciplinary action or termination.
Management rewarded hard work and did not tolerate shortcomings.

    Cons

Inner office politics, no worse than any workplace.
    Pay is below market standard.

    Advice to Management

Pay more competitively. Continue the relationship building you did while I was employed with Rx.

Nothing at all. I haven't had any benefit. I call and let them know about the job description I'm interested in and nothing ever happens.

    Cons

They don't call you. Terrible service. Absolutely horrible. I don't plan to apply to any of their job descriptions.

    Pros

Excellent company to work for. The whole staffing team truly cares about their employees and will do what all is in their power to accommodate the employees. They are dedicated to their employees and truly care about us.

    Cons

Staffing agency in Fresno CA so whatever city that they find assignments in they do their best to keep the employees employed but it all depends on the clients and contracts. Awesome company to work for all in all.

    Advice to Management

Management at this company is overly concerned about their employees so I have truly no complaints. They truly care.
