I have been working at RxCrossroads full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are lots of opportunities for growth, if you're willing to work hard and ask for more responsibility. There are lots of teams in the company with different leadership, so it's worth moving around between teams to promote. You can decide whether to be content in a role or to seek opportunity.

    Cons

Management is not particularly consistent; some teams have great managers and some I would never want to work on. During high production times teams require mandatory overtime and limited windows in which to complete the OT.

    Advice to Management

Map out multiple avenues for growth. The best people at production do not make the best leaders, and people who are great at managing clients sometimes do so at the expense of their teams.

I have been working at RxCrossroads full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They are a growing company with plenty of work. The pay isn't the best but it is ok, and they promote heavy from within. However most if the promotions are only about .50-$1 but every little bit helps.

    Cons

The work life balance can be somewhat off here. They have no hesitation imposing a 50 hr work week and mandatory Sat work, but no worries you will get a 48hr notice of this, the pay starts out lower than I would prefer, and there are constant rapid changes.

    Advice to Management

Find balance between not working your employees into the ground and servicing your client's needs. Better communication from management would be a great addition to things as well.

I have been working at RxCrossroads full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great atmosphere. I love my team that I work with. Very flexible when it comes to personal needs and time off.

    Cons

The pay. With the insurance being higher than I've ever had to pay before I feel that compensation could be better.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at pay. Bottom line the better and harder you work the more you should be compensated.

    Pros

Perks such as free bagel Thursdays, lots of fundraisers for charity, and great atmosphere!

    Cons

People move up quick that should have actually been demoted.

    Advice to Management

Quit moving up people that don't deserve it and give it the ones that do!

    Pros

Great opportunity for growth, ideas and input always welcome. Competitive salary, good benefits. I'm really glad to be a part of RxCrossroads!

    Cons

Technology! For such a cutting edge company the technology, systems, IT staff is subpar. That being said they know it's an issue and they are working on it.

I have been working at RxCrossroads full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexibility in schedules, ability to learn and grow (mostly self-taught), excellent team work, leadership attempts to build positive relationships with the clients, pay is good for the market

    Cons

Supervisors are expected to perform at an almost impossible level on certain teams. I've worked on 4 teams and none were as challenging as one of them was. The client comes first before employees on occasion, level of turnover

    Advice to Management

Invest more in your team than the client. It'll lower turnover and make people want to work hard for you.

    Pros

    Controlled climate and CVS discount.

    Cons

Management is extremely unprofessional. Favoritism and seeing a certain manager flirting with male employees. Her favorites get to hang around her desk all day and do nothing. She is to grabby with male coworkers. Discrimination policy is not followed there. They do not promote internal employees, Mgmt is not on the same page, perks are offered to their favorites. HR is never onsite. You don't even know who HR is for the little half day they come there once a month. Work/Life balance is out of the question. Many issues brought up to Mgmt that were never resolved. Mgmt looks out for each other. Was a horrible place to work, morale is very low, and you never knew when you got off everyday. Even at your punch out time after 8 hours, you still had to ask for permission to leave.

    Advice to Management

Get professional management training on how to professionally talk to and treat your employees. Do not brag about a team lead meting mean to people. And know your HR policies.
