I have been working at RxCrossroads full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Comfortable working environment compared to many call centers. Decent opportunities for advancement, although you really can only get promoted if you know someone doing the hiring because there are so many good candidates. Pay is not terrible, however many lower level employees have two jobs if they are a single household.

    Cons

Small yearly raises and small raises when promoted.

    Advice to Management

    Incentive bonuses!

I have been working at RxCrossroads full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The location is good for me

    Cons

Managers think they're above the rules. Rules don't apply to them or to their favorite employees. They think they are above getting on the phones or helping de-escalate an angry caller. Even when they are playing on their phones on social media they are "too busy" to help us.

    Advice to Management

Don't have mandatory overtime while you take vacation days and tell us we can't have time off. Don't leave early because you have to pick up your kids. Most of us have kids and are in the same situation you are, but we have to stay. Quit running off the good supervisors and the other people that are helping us that actually cares about us. Treat people with respect and stop the "mean girls" highschool immature games. Quit assuming the negative in that everyone is lying when they call in or are late. I have personally seen a program manager get joy when saw someone was not there and she told the supervisor they now had a reason to fire them. The whole conversation was had on the call floor. That is extremely unprofessional and everyone just let's stuff like it happen.

I worked at RxCrossroads full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

It's a growing company. The hours are good. Coworkers are helpful and enjoyable. There is a lot of room for growth. Potlucks to celebrate the holidays. I would recommend working here. But you must be willing to do the work.

    Cons

There is not much communication. Training is short and sweet.

I have been working at RxCrossroads full-time

    Pros

Only thing that is decent, is the pay

    Cons

Never ending mandatory overtime, inflexible, flat out don't care about the physical or mental well being of anyone.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees and colleagues with dignity and respect. Unfortunately, poor leadership and management is not illegal

I have been working at RxCrossroads full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

There are lots of opportunities for growth, if you're willing to work hard and ask for more responsibility. There are lots of teams in the company with different leadership, so it's worth moving around between teams to promote. You can decide whether to be content in a role or to seek opportunity.

    Cons

Management is not particularly consistent; some teams have great managers and some I would never want to work on. During high production times teams require mandatory overtime and limited windows in which to complete the OT.

    Advice to Management

Map out multiple avenues for growth. The best people at production do not make the best leaders, and people who are great at managing clients sometimes do so at the expense of their teams.
