- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Above average pay when compared to similar companies and roles. Great company in terms of working with you if you need to work remotely, or have special circumstances. Great benefits and relaxed culture.
Cons
Management takes on more jobs than available resources allow to be completed efficiently and effectively. Official training will be poor to average and they rely heavily on OJT which is highly ineffective, inefficient, and will vary greatly depending on who is your coach/mentor. There are no standards for how tasks should be completed. Each region and office within the company will have completely different methods but every job you will work with people from different regions. Management is not direct with expectations which will cause you to complete work several times.
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Good Corporate culture, great people, rapidly expanding.
Cons
Company growth has caused some growing pains as MN office space is used up and leaves room for improvement in processes.
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Great culture and opportunities to learn and grow
Cons
Only large scale projects like industrial and senior living
