    Pros

Great opportunities to put your talents to use. Very dynamic, ever-changing environment with aggressive growth goals.

    Cons

High expectations that put everyone in high gear all the time. Sometimes difficult to maintain personal balance -- have to be self-disciplined about that and make good choices.

    Advice to Management

We're rough around the edges in some ways and could use polish, especially on the people management/leadership side.

I have been working at Ryan, LLC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent flexibility and forward thinking company. If you have read the book 'Drive' by Daniel Pink, you will know what I mean.

I enjoy coming to work and being around my coworkers. Everyone hired for the company seems to be very down to earth and friendly, as it is required that you interact with our clients and government authorities. Ryan understands the importance of continuing education and we are given the best training in the industry. This includes training in communication skills, writing, and anything you are interested in.

    Cons

Not all tax practices are created equal. Some are high stress in order to meet the team's revenue benchmark, while others are not so much.

    Advice to Management

I would suggest there'd be better manager training, as some managers are not equipped to handle their team. Being a manager is a totally different ball game and therefore not all find the passion to continue as managers.

    Pros

A great place for people to start their career and become and expert in US Tax. Perfect balance between a lot of work and lot a fun

    Cons

This is not a place for the lazy people and who are not focused on building a career in the Tax

    Advice to Management

Reduce the activities on the floor, save costs and focus more on expansion and working toward the $1 Billion vision. Based on the saving, add the same to the employees compensation.
