    Pros

Grea staff, friendly customers, easy work, opportunity to be trained in alot of areas where help is needed.

    Cons

Not enough hours, bad management, unsanitary, felt bad serving old food in a dirty store but not enough hours or material for fresh food every half hour

    Advice to Management

Communication( staff and guests) should have store cleaning floor plan to where everything gets done. Focus on job.

    Pros

Many people were great to work with...great place to work and advance a few years ago....lot of very loyal guests

    Cons

Company bought out on 2 occasions...new owners should have stuck to the core of what made Ryans a great experience

    Advice to Management

Very few Ryans left, no career advancement for future

    Pros

If you are outgoing and a people person, then tips will come easy for you. I enjoyed the people interaction with my customers the most!

    Cons

You will not make as much in tips on slow days or nights. It gets really hard when others don't pull their weight so you have to work double to not get behind.

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to have relationships with your workers!

I have been working at Ryan's full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great group of management team members. Good salaries are paid to all of the management team, and there is a lot of room to advance quickly.

    Cons

The company has had several bankruptcies and store closings, so the future is shaky.

    Advice to Management

Offer new food items on the buffet on a continual basis, while keeping the old standbys that everyone loves at the same time. People get bored, and want to see something different.
