    Pros

    Great pay if you can endure the abusive attitudes on the radio and from management.

    Cons

    Abusive unprofessional and untrained higher ups. Abuse power and aim to use temps for overtime until they eventually call out and write them up for things they don't write their "picks" up for. They make small petty rules that don't add to company policy it is more so aimed to make an already air-conditionless warehouse more difficult to endure. They work you for 12 hours and space your 3 breaks out, 2 15's and 1 30 min lunch. They have withheld time slips out of spite which caused delay for employees being paid and blamed it on the temp agency for not being paid on time when the temp agency never received the our time slips from the employer. Mandated overtime sign ups this way you are technically volunteering (Voluntold) and if you miss that day it counts against you.

    Pros

    The benefits are excellent. They really do offer some of the best health insurance options. The pay in general seems to be above average in comparison to similar roles in the South Florida area. There is great emphasis in women in leadership and internal employee inclusion programs.

    Cons

    Plagued with politics, egos and misalignment to the overall strategy. The under performers are often rewarded based on relationships and not performance. There is much internal conflict within some teams and the fact that leadership is aware of the internal issues, it is poorly addressed if at all. Overall, a good place to work with the potential to be great, if some leaders move out and better ones move in.

    Pros

    The pay is great and will often be the main reason for people to stay in the position; depending on your manager- you will have great support and a lot of freedom to make decisions for you and your customers

    Cons

    Upper management style in certain sectors of the company show apathy in regards to their employee's general happiness- has become very metric based/micro managed in the past few years
