      Not for Leaders

      Pros

Decent benefits. Still a few good people left but, they are dropping fast.

      Cons

Eighty plus hours at work a week, then continue to work even after you're home. Your off days are not yours, be prepared for non stop calls, text, and emails, even when there is no production. Upper management preaches respect and taking care of employees, while they treat you like a piece of rotted meat and treat their front-line supervisors like pawns on a chess board. Upper management talks about how stupid their front-line supervisors are when in fact those very supervisors are the ones who are the most knowledgeable about the operation. No matter how hard you work, and produce, they will continually add more and more tasks for you to complete and chastise you if you are unable to complete within their ridiculous time frame. Not for experienced managers, especially if you are a strong leader. If you like being manically micromanaged, ridiculed and chastised, without being supported or trained, this is the company for you!

Terrible Management, Unfair Treatment, and HR at the TMC Ft. Worth is a joke.

      Pros

Company events (used) to be a lot of fun. As of late, everyone is too busy to attend and enjoy most of them. You get to wear jeans daily - relaxed dress code. If you get under the right management at the right time, you could gain valuable experience but by then you'll be ready to get out of there.

      Cons

Huge gap of communication between entry level employees, middle management, and upper management. HR allows corrupt, bullying managers with multiple compaints filed against them to continue working and would rather let the employees expressing concern in good faith go than address the issue. Company morale is down significantly. No one want to be there and the energy is tense and negative. The wrong people consistently get promoted due to favoritism and the hard working employees deserving of promotions are kept in lower level roles in order to get more work out of them for less. Management is like high school and extremely immature and irresponsible in their decision making. Many promises are made by directors and management that are not kept. You cannot trust anyone at this company.

Some upper management wete way above their head and use employees to make them look better and then turn on them when they are no longer part of their new scheme. Buddy Buddy System and Who you sleep with.

      Pros

Great coworkers, good benefits, always giving away merchandise, cafeteria, team building excerises.

      Cons

Room for advancement has too many strings attached. Upper management has no compassion. They don’t listen to the operations team. No open door policy. You have jump threw hoops to be heard.
