Company Review
Sep 9, 2020 - Senior Technical Recruiter in Manila, ManilaRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
By far this this is the greatest company I worked with. I even wrote this review without being told (because some companies they tell their employyes to give good reviews) Anyway, At Rylem you are empowered, you are empowered to voice your suggestions, opinions and feedback not just to the whole team even to the CEO. The way we are structured is very conducive to those who seek learnings and growth within. Nobody tells you what to do. Consists of smart and great people.
Cons
If you like beig managed or supervised this is not a company for you :).
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
