      Pros

From their CEO all the way down to their newest recruiters, the people at Rylem make you feel valued. They are quick to respond, communicate well, and have a positive attitude. Rylem also provides benefits and paid time off, which many other agencies don't offer.

      Cons

I don't have any constructive feedback for Rylem.

        Pros

The company is truly powered by its people, and I personally, have never had a better working experience. The team is very organized, and always able to help. Any questions I had, I was able to ask Ryan via text or email , and received an instant reply. HR is amazing, they really look after their consultants and employees. At my assignment, other vendors were never in contact with their employees, and information was impossible to find—this is certainly not the case with Rylem! All the information you would ever need is super easy to find, understand, and use. Comp. & Benefits are also pros!

        Cons

I have nothing negative to say.

      Senior Financial Analyst

I went through the final round of interview last Thursday with the CFO. It seemed to have went well, she said she'll talk to me soon. I haven't heard back yet. When is an appropriate time to follow up. And should I email the recruiter or the hiring manager?

      Customer Service Representative CSR

I had an interview this afternoon for a customer service position in a call center. The ad was very vague to begin with and at the end of it I felt like I really didn't know anything more about the job. When I asked about the starting pay, which was not published in the ad, they looked incredulous (they were doing on-the-spot hiring today) and then asked me "What's your range?" And only responded with "I think we could meet that." And still never gave me a straight answer. Is this a red flag?

      Software Engineer

I did my initial interview with a “better established” startup and they said the interview process is 5 interviews. 3 technical then 1 interview with the CEO then another technical interview. Idk about you but that seems like a lot of interviews and they said they want to do it as fast as possible in a short time span. Is this a normal amount of interviews? Is this a red flag? For a full stack software position 4-5 years exp how much salary should be the norm in a hcol area?
