    Pros

    Fellow production staff were hard working and skilled engineers.

    Cons

    Management show no support for staff, CEO only cares about sales and staff are afraid to speak out against poor ideas.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to staff at all levels and not just the BS you want to hear.

    I have been working at S A Armstrong full-time

    Pros

    Nothing .It is the worst place to work.

    Cons

    They still dwell in the 20th century.
    Managers think they know everything , but actually dumb people are there in these positions.
    They don't respect any job except the sales and accept that openly.
    Work life balance doesn't exist in their vocabulary.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing . They are not at all open to accept any advice.

    Pros

    Great people to work with, lots of exciting product and market development and growth.

    Cons

    Upper management makes some decisions that are very difficult to understand. People or departments are sometimes pitted against each other. It is very difficult to change positions inside the company.

    Advice to Management

    Continue with the new HR initiatives and became more flexible to employee needs.

    Able to work with new innovative design, new control technique while developing new Product in Armstrong and most product are used in HVAC application

    Cons

    Would like to work in different new product technology rather than working for HVAC Circulators

    Advice to Management

    Need to improve the communication between suppliers and the engineers to expedite new product development

    It was a paid job.

    Cons

    They did not have even desk and chair and computer for some one they hired

    Advice to Management

    Top managers should spend some time to supervise all departments to make sure how they are being managed by junior managers.

    established firm with good products, with many great techincal and supporting staff

    Cons

    lack of team co-operation, lack of management support, sales team is disorganized, one is pulled in all directions, everyone is out to protect own position instead of finiding ways to provide solutions to outside customers and allow the company to grow

    Advice to Management

    Clean up the management that is holding the company from growth.
