    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    - Work Freedom, which I will always cherish. One can only Plan & Plan. Forget about implementing it. You cant.
    - Work-life balance is awesome as nobody will haggle if a particular assignment is not completed on time
    - Open Door policy (possibly because it is a small organization)
    - If you like anarchy, this is the best place for you. You may receive incentive even if your performance was way below average and you may not receive incentive even if your were best performer in department

    Cons

    Impossible to complete this list.
    - Unless you belong to select functions, you are not worth penny. Company doesnt care what somebody is doing
    - No strategic plans for the future. Nobody knows what is happening at ground and none of top management care for the same. Everyone is bothered about being in the good books of select individuals
    - No systems in place. Every division is run by different GODs who dont care about policy (as policies are for mortal). Your replacement can be hired in 1 day even before you have resigned and he will tell the guy that he has been fired
    - Even these "GODs" doesnt know anything about Industry. Nobody has a clue how industry functions yet they wield enough power to design schemes, incentives, pricing
    - In family-run Indian organization, one should forget about increments. Spice belongs to the same category. People have not been given increment for last 2-3 years. Industry perception for family-run business employees are very bad. They are often categorize in "un hirable" category. One should be very very clear about this

    Advice to Management

Nothing as this organization is doomed
