I have been working at S.O.I. Security full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The work is relatively easy and the area supervisor is a pretty decent guy to work for. You do get one week of paid vacation after the first year and subsequent years of employment. This is a pretty decent job for doing security work.

    Cons

Have not had a raise since I started and there does not look to be any raises in the future. There is no health insurance option except AFLAC and that is not regular health insurance.

    Advice to Management

Please, pay your employees more and/or pay for or provide health insurance options.

    Pros

Working for Security One was relatively easy. No hard lifting or extensive movement. Just a little walking here and there. Very easy job.

    Cons

When working for Security One I felt as if I was wasting my intelligence. All of the tasks seemed meaningless. My co-workers were often horrid employees.

    Advice to Management

Offer more incentives or good work and then you might have employees who stay for more than two to three months out of the year.
