    I have been working at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. full-time

    Pros

    Non-profit organization.
Required to work for 35 hours.
Only for Chinese people, Chinese corporation, Chinese management
Not a typical, unique corporate culture - having

    Cons

    Super-high turnover rate.
Easy interview since staff are easily replaced.
Wasting too much resources. e.g) stationery, electricity, hydro because these are paid by the funder

    Advice to Management

No morale on work and employment - restructuring required

    I worked at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. full-time

    Pros

There are no pros to working here, maybe the only pro is christmas break, you get the whole week off. nice break being away from the people.

    Cons

Managers are the worst people to work for. Very abrupt, aggressive, and all round terrible people. They have no problem blaming employees for their wrong doings.

    Advice to Management

Stop yelling at your staff and provide more coaching and training opportunities. Perhaps give recognition to employees that work hard.

    I have been working at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. full-time

    Pros

There are some amazing front line staff in this company really trying to do well.

    Cons

Unstable employment causing high high high turnover - inefficiencies everywhere and wasted time and paperwork.
Horrible management 'my way or the high way' manipulative communication, unrealistic expectations setting people up to fail then letting contract expire and replacing them instead of doing any performance management or development. Very very deceptive. They do not practice what they preach and only care about numbers and outcomes, instead of the impact or quality of services provided to the community. Oh almost forgot to mention, if you are not from Chinese or even Asian decent prepare for high level of discrimination. Especially when looking for career opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Develop and invest in your people. Train your managers.

    I worked at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Enjoyed people I worked with and there was a fair amount of autonomy. Otherwise, they are a typical non-profit.

    Cons

For non-Chinese employees, it is not very inclusive. The division I belonged to was not immigrant oriented, and failed to be acknowledged for the hard work and success they had.

    Advice to Management

Have a "speak English only" policy for staff.
