    Negative Outlook

I have been working at S&P Global Platts full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Located in DC, matching 401k ...for now.

    Cons

Routinely fire people, then people get fed up and quit. You're left to do the work of 3 people. It's been like this for 3 years and counting. The phrase "We're a team" is pure rubbish.

    Advice to Management

    You're the problem.
