A lot of exciting things happenings; from product development, new partnerships, and many of the people are great to work with. Helping set up new sales channels has been rewarding; pay/benefits typical... not poor, but not great. Management is focused on what's best for the company in the long run, instead of going for a quick buck today.
Cons
Expanding comes with some drawbacks; currently a lot of traveling. So many different projects currently happening that it means limited time for yourself and to discuss things with management.
