    Pros

    I was with the Bank of America Refresh program.
    Easy M-F schedule with occasional optional overtime.
    Corporate environment with limited/targeted scope of work.
    Quotas were low/easy to achieve.
    Relaxed work environment.
    Company rewards employees for hard work.

    Cons

    They sometimes keep dead weight around longer than needed. Otherwise nothing worth mentioning.

    Advice to Management

    Offer a lower base rate with a per refresh commission. It would help cut costs when work is light, but also reward the techs who can produce.

    Pros

    SA IT Services' was a great company to work with and unfortunately I'm not there anymore due to being laid off. I wish them a healthy rebound this year and many years to come.

    Pros

    SA IT Services was very professional and knew their responsibilities for their clients.

    Cons

    They trained me for 3 weeks and then decided to role all responsibilities to the field technicians.

    Advice to Management

    Stay focused; consider other people's lives when hiring them.

    Illicit affairs and fraternizing cloud the managerial decision making within any organization and have no merit in a healthy and productive work place environment.

    Not a sturdy job. This place will move you around more than Dorthy on the Wiz of Oz

    Still to your employees, they are the ones that make you look good doing nothing all day.

    Advice to Management

    Get a clue. you can NOT pay 1 buck more an hour to a "Floor Coordinator" (they dont give u the title of what job REALLY entails because they would have to PAY you for that title) than what the staff they are supervising get. You expect a "Floor Coordinator" to manage ppl, discipline when appropriate, be responsible for inventory, making sure staff under you is doing things correctly, taking heat from the big wigs when things dont go their way all for a dollar more than those u supervise who just sit and do refreshes all day. (18/hr to do all this plus mandatory OT at last minute, forced to travel last minute) WOW..PATHETIC

    its not a long commute

    Cons

    i am given this place a negative 5 stars .we are forced to work 16,18 24+ hr shifts, there are angry customers and incompetent Management, very very poor communication days will go by until we hear from the manager, threats are made to our job security, we are painfully under-compensated for what they are asking of us. there are accidents where the customer gets hurt because of the disaster in the lab and the long hours the y\techs put in mistakes and poor health not to mention burn out will happen. worst chaotic leadership I have ever worked with in 19 years as an IT prfessional.

    Advice to Management

    first off, hire managers with much better people/ management skills, pay the fair market wage for a Network technician, have a much better handle on the day to day activities at your depot.

    Promised a long term project with client

    Cons

    Only there over a month and a week because not enough work was coming in which S.A. IT and client should have made sure of or there would be penalties on the client's users.

    Advice to Management

    When there is a project of deployments make sure to not waste any techs time is to make sure of the clients users aware of penalties of non-compliance with getting new equipment.
