The people our great and so are the incentives they offer. If you put in the work you can learn a lot from the years or knowledge and experience that is present here. Focused on longer term ambitions and work life balance

Constantly re-organizing every 2-3 years making it difficult to meet or keep long-term goals. Lack of transparency at the higher levels in the organization creates double work and unneeded stress at times.

Pros
Generally helpful environment. It's manufacturing so the culture is laid back and mainly casual. There's opportunity for advancement or even lateral movements. It's not a union so working with operations and maintenance is fun.
Cons
Lots of bureaucracy when it comes to getting ANYTHING done. As an engineer work life balance can be awesome or non existent. Mostly depends on your department and manager.

Higher level managers’ response is very slow. Especially from Saudi Arabia. Many new hires in lots of departments which make inefficient operations recently.
