I worked at SAIC as a contractor (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Contract work is just that.. year to year and you never know who your next employer.. SAIC made sure we felt right at home and allowed us to do our job. Took very good care of us. Sad that they lost this contract.

    Cons

The pay was what the contract called for. not what I expected, but respectable

    Advice to Management

Not so much micromanagement in the Managers/Lead positions.
