    Negative Outlook

I have been working at SALESmanago full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The software it sells itself

    Cons

BE AWARE you will not a business development manager, the role, the salary, the bonus scheme, the KPIs are set up for a call center sales advisor, impossible to develop own opportunity. 90 % of the leads provided from the team leader are not qualifying, the breakdown of the leads are not fair! BE AWARE if you don't touch the assigned leads the company will cut money from the salary!

    Advice to Management

absolutely not a multicultural environment, the leads are not managed on the basis of the language but based on the friendship of the management When you hire a multilingual you should specify that you will not be hired to develop the market from the country you come from. Implement sales strategies between the various offices. internal communications are never 100% shared with foreign offices. INFORM THE FUTURE CANDIDATES IN THE PHASE OF INTERVIEW OF how KPIs are structured.

I worked at SALESmanago full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I worled in sales department in 2016 and 2017. + CEO is constantly seking new solutions and you can literally walk in his office with your idea and have it implemeneted immediately if he likes it. Probably he will also ask you to be in charge of this project. +CEO is fighter-type character, loves when you come and ask him for a new challange +company is operating still as a starup in heart: expect at least one complete reorganisation once a year and a major changes every quarter - it's hard to get bored +young team: 90% of people overall seems to be in their twenties +if you're good you may be promoted in first few months of work. Extreme pression on results and very few boundaries means you will learn a lot or get fired fast.

    Cons

+startup chaos: crucial changes in offer and organisation comes suddenly and commonly without any consultation even with team leaders. It may happen than customers will know about new pricing structure before seals dept., causing you to fell totally unprofessional. +thanks to contstant uncertanity about every single element of your work is hard to truly dedicate yourself to some project, even if it's fabulous - you never know if it won't come to office some morning and find it canceled. As sales rep, your commission structure and duties may change dramatically - you never know in what project and with what sallary you will start next quarter. +constant software bugs in product generatin challenges for both customer service and sales (you lost your comission if customers terminate contract too soon) +top managment's greedy attitude twards talented people willng to devote extra energy to company: only instant, pure profit counts. At end of the day whatever doesn't help to make monthly sales target is waste of time for them. +hire-fast-fire-fast mindset of top managment. Forget about 3-months of safety period filled with trainings. In sales prepare for asking you for results in 1st or at least 2th month and haiving in total week of trainng. +in 2017 commission system have been hanged to much less profitable for sales team and better for company. Moreover you get comission from deal in parts for next 4-6 months after singning deal, which means that you are stuck to company by all commission they owe you. Multiple times I witness that employee who left had hard time getting rest of his commission paid or not paid at all.

    Advice to Management

I witnessed multiple company stars getting bitter and complaining but having not enough will to leave. Cherish those who walk extra mile and consult changes with teams. Making another centrally designed revolution and forcing people to support it may not be best way to create real team working for common goal. Be fair to employees and pay them rest of comission when they leave. It belongs to them, not your mercy.
