    Flexibility to work remotely, generous base compensation, generous health insurance benefits

    Cons

    Lack of stability and transparency, light on vacation days, limited opportunities for advancement

    Disorganized management, unclear goals and expectations

    Advice to Management

    Improve organization from start to finish. Lay out the mission and goals to the potential employee. Assist with on boarding in an organized manner. Follow through on intentions. Acknowledge and address employee concerns.
