I have been working at SANOFI PASTEUR BIOLOGICS full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

One of the global leaders in the vaccine business with growing revenues and good prospects in the major markets. Stable organization. The work atmosphere is relatively relax and the pressure is moderate.

    Cons

The Cambridge site is relatively small (+/- 100 FTE) compared to the rest of the company (13,000 employees) Consequently many of the decisions are made at other sites and the opportunities for career advancement are limited.

    Advice to Management

The management has been improving from a transparency standpoint but overall things should move faster. The company processes are too slow and it would benefit from implementing a sense of urgency.

"Horrific. Management is vindictive and vengeful. Several people were terminated due to challenging the management"

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at SANOFI PASTEUR BIOLOGICS full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

None that come to mind. turnover is above 30% due to the unfair employment practices. Management ignores and terminates anyone who dare speak up.

    Cons

Recent hiring of consultants has resulted in an atmosphere of fear and retribution. One consultant in QA has been seen to tattle on permanent employees in order to keep their consulting job even though that person is not respected or liked by anyone.

    Advice to Management

Open their eyes and get some courage to deal with the issues instead of covering up all of the illegal activity.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at SANOFI PASTEUR BIOLOGICS as an intern

    Pros

Open culture, Autonomy, various benefits such as complimentary breakfast and lunch at the office and Transportation facility free of cost.

    Cons

Not a paymaster..but for a firm in the pharmaceutical industry it still pays a pretty decent salary. The environment isn't very lively or dynamic.

    Advice to Management

Increase engagement with the employees to keep them motivated at all times, resulting in a better job experience.
