I have been working at SAP full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Wonderful benefits.
    Flexible work from home options.
Switching between teams in SAP is encouraged to gain more experience.
    Many 'hacking' contests held.
    Many cultural events

    Cons

Not all managers are very qualified. While some teams are always working on cutting edge challenging work, many teams are just idling. These teams are not a good place for you to be in case you are in the early stages of your career.

I have been working at SAP (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good Work life balance

    Cons

Not good for Contract Employee specially who are working in Support organization of SAP. They get to work much and do not get paid well. There is no Hike for them because SAP stop giving money to Contract Employer after some limit.
So it's better to join SAP as Full time but not as Contract employee.

    Advice to Management

Look into your policy again for Contract employee.
