I have been working at SAP Fieldglass full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

-good place to get experience -free food -awesome coworkers -SAP benefits

    Cons

-QA managers don’t know how to manage -Micromanaging , micromanaging , micromanaging! -Success is measured by how long you been at the company rather than what you know -QA Management doesn’t listen to employee concerns would rather keep incompetent managers in charge rather than dealing with the actual issues -Some projects are reserved for the “favorites” -Low pay when you compare to market value.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of horrible managers to avoid employee turnover and pay employees for what they’re worth.

I have been working at SAP Fieldglass full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Working at SAP Fieldglass has a very special meaning to me. It helped me rebuild my life after a personal stressful situation and to be here, available to work and serve people in support allowed me to reframe my vision about the meaning of work in the tech industry. Because anyone can come up with the best tech solution, but in the end, it is our humanity that can make a difference. We still need a real person to... troubleshoot tech problems to real people. People that, just like me need to keep it going, producing, working, raising kids, studying, paying bills... it gave a real sense of how great and sometimes, how chaotic impact technology can have in a life of one single person and how important it is my role as support. With this assimilated consciousness I come to work with joy and positivity. At the end of the day, I do make a difference in the life of users, and they make a difference in my life and I am grateful for that.

    Cons

It is a fast-paced position, but it is part of the game. Be honest to yourself: Do you like to talk to people? It can mess up your emotional state sometimes, keep in mind what you are here to do, it will be fine. Nobody got resilience from sleeping... you learn as the challenges come.
