    Pros

Up to date with latest developments in SAP world.

Lack of hands on implementation as company has a sales focus and not a project staffing focus.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at SAP full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Work life balance
    Good products
Good top management but to many management layers
    Company benifits are good
    Great partner ecosystem

    Cons

Management layers causes headaches and hamper change in the organisation
There is to much internal politics in the company
SAP company benifits are good but base salary is lacking behind other competitors
Better pricing structures for cloud products

    Advice to Management

Cut the management layers and make sure the right people get promoted. SAP does have a buddy buddy system where if you don't mingle with the right crowd, you are sometimes overlooked

I have been working at SAP as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Enjoyed a great amount of opportunities, even though intern had serious position within our project team on the business / finance side.

The team consisted out of many young graduates which added to the informal work experience. I received great coaching and the application procedure was transparent.

    Cons

Technical focus, if you are a business student, please be aware that SAP is a technology driven company and sometimes it may take some extra time to convey your way thinking.
